MS Word Custom Paper Sizes

You can choose from a wide range of properties to customize the size of your printed materials. There are four properties you can change. They are labelled Alignment, Base size, Margins, and Color. Additionally, there’s an optional third property, that is useful if intend to use multiple copies of the same document.

To open the Customized Paper Properties dialog box, press the right Arrow button.(You might also find this button in the main menu of your printer.) There are four options under Alignment: Right Fit, Center, Right Fit, Offset and Home. By selecting one of these four choices you can alter the alignment of your personalized paper to a different location on your printer.

Within a matter minutes, you will be able to see an array of custom sizes of paper, and they will all be available to your document. If you feel that this is too difficult, or if you want to reduce time by using just one document with different dimensions you can always select “set number of spaces” and select a convenient size in the range you’ve entered in the previous step.
